When non-members conduct researches collaborating with us, or using the methods or networks developed by us, the committee of NPO JYPO will examine contents of the researches.

You can download the application form below. We prefer you to scan the signed form and send it via e-mail. However, if an applicant is unable to provide the form electronically, a faxed copy to +81-3-5651-7106 will be accepted.
